Uniform Shop

The Uniform Shop which is situated adjacent to the canteen is open Monday, Wednesdays and after assembly on selected Fridays (See below for Opening Times). For Pre-primary parents, special order forms are sent home in Term 4 in readiness for Year One. Parent volunteers run the uniform shop; please help them by placing large uniform orders early to allow for delivery. Be patient, if the item you need is not available. If you are unable to attend the uniform shop, orders may be left in the office for collection. Our uniform shop Co-ordinators are Mrs Dawn Barker and Mrs Julie Swartz.

A school uniform is an item that should be worn with pride because it says to the community, “I am a member of the Sacred Heart School, which is a special community in its own right”. The following rules apply at Sacred Heart.

The uniform is as follows:

GIRLS’ WINTER UNIFORM

• Blue pleated winter skirt
• Blue school over blouse
• Blue school woollen jumper
• Black leather lace-up shoes
• Blue school socks or tights to match the colour of the pleated skirt

GIRLS’ SUMMER UNIFORM

• Blue checked school dress
• Black leather lace-up shoes or brown sandals
• Short blue school socks
• Blue school hat

BOYS’ WINTER UNIFORM

• Blue school shirt, long/short sleeve
• Grey school trousers long/short
• Blue school woollen jumper
• Black leather lace-up shoes
• Grey school socks

BOYS’ SUMMER UNIFORM

• Blue school short-sleeved shirt
• Grey shorts
• Black leather lace-up shoes or brown sandals
• Grey school socks with blue/white stripes

SPORT

• Navy Taslon Shorts (Unisex) OR Blue Sports Skirt (Girls)
• House coloured T-shirt
• Interschool T-shirt
• School tracksuit
• Blue school hat
• White socks and plain white sports shoes

SCHOOL SPORTS SHOES

• Mid or high top boots are unacceptable
• Shoes should be all white with no stripes or coloured laces

SCHOOL HATS ARE WORN ALL YEAR AND A NO HAT – NO PLAY POLICY APPLIES.
Children are expected to be in full school uniform at all times.
